Etha and Erwin are warm hosts and they are also very knowledgeable about the history and current events of Israel. Our family of four fit comfortably in the ground floor suite. It was very clean and has all necessary comforts (free wifi, tea/coffee in room, refrigerator, A/C, fan, soft towels, comfortable pillows and linens), and views of the garden. The... More

The Frenkels are a lovely couple and warmly welcomed us into their home. They were very kind to our children and we enjoyed their company. Every morning the breakfasts were delicious and made to order. The gardens are gorgeous and we enjoyed them immensely. The rooms were clean and had everything you could need. It was a perfect B&B experience... More

The Frenkels are just wonderful! Helpful, friendly, and so welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens just gorgeous, and the breakfasts are sensational. Home made baked goods, smoked fish, eggs made to order, salads and great coffee! And the location is perfect as a base for touring the Galilee and/or Golan.

There's not much more to add to the articulate glowing reviews of previous guests at the Frenkels. It's all true, they are a lovely, warm, friendly couple who open their home to lucky visitors! I have to mention that Erwin came in his car to meet us when we arrived at the wrong gate and could not find our way!... More

I stayed here for two nights while traveling through the Galilee. Korazim is a very small gated-community, with a north gate and a south gate. You will need to call them and let them know which gate you are entering, so they can have it opened for you. From the south gate you can see the Sea of Galilee, the... More

Everything is very nice; the house, the garden... We came here late in the evening and got a warm welcome with little something in the kitchen, including some homemade pastry! There was an old, beautiful piano (but not in tone) in the corner. Room was both spacious and cosy, and it was very beautifully decorated. I absolutely recommend this place... More

Had a wonderful evening in the small village of Korazim close to Lake Galilee. The Frenkels were great hosts, sharing stories about the area and Israel in general. Arriving early we were greeted with a warm smile And...homemade lemonade and cake. The rooms are lovely with all the facilities you would expect in a 4 star hotel and thankfully no... More

We stayed at the Frenkels two nights and could easily have stayed longer. Lovely, generous rooms, breakfast is amazing with self baked bread and cake and their homemade olive oil and olives. The garden is a bit like paradise, lush, with lots of olive trees and flowers everywhere. There were green parrots flying about, from the house you can see... More

We had a wonderful experience at the Frenkels. Great bed, clean room, tasty breakfast, and warm hosts. The gardens and homemade bread and orange marmalade alone are worth the stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing visit to the Sea of Galilee.

My husband and 2 young-adult children stayed at this great bed and breakfast in late December. We took two rooms. It was exactly what we were looking for, but you do need a car if you stay here both to get to the B&B and for traveling in the area. The B&b is in a tiny village and very quiet... More

“One of the rooms upstairs has a view of the Sea of Galilee and the gardens. We stayed in that room, and we stayed in the room downstairs for 1 night. The downstairs room is also nice, but you can hear the Frenkels in their home next door, and I worried that they could hear us.”
