We were group of 17. Rooms were clean. Food was great. Lot of choices, breakfast and dinner The staff were very helpful and polite. There are some step bridges across the inner pools (for those who use strolley) The hotel is very well maintained. Easy to find Recommended !!!!!

We only stayed one night. Excellent value. Comfortable room. Ice Mall a couple minutes walk away. Most restaurants are at least 3 blocks away. Beach/water a little further. Extensive, lovely breakfast included. No problems.

My husband and I stayed one night. The hotel looks modern, but it is poorly maintained. There was an obvious stench of poor drainage. It is also immediately next to the airport so you hear the planes fly over head, and they are low!! The room is a good size, but everything is very basic, not worth the money. It...

We stayed here for 4 nights. We requested a quiet room. From the moment we settled in we noticed an unsually high level of noise all around us. The hotel is open concept and the hallways are not carpeted thereby making it extremely noisy when people walk through them especially with the wheels on their luggage The walls are paper...

This has to be one of the most luxurious hotels that I've stayed in (for my budget!) and if you can, try and upgrade to a room with pool access which was absolute heaven. That said, we started in a standard room and was was also really good! The breakfast is absolutely out of this world and the choice was...

The hotel layout lends itself naturally to rest and relaxation. The poolside is pampering with comfortable and cosy sun beds, swinging chairs and the sound of running water. The food was fabulous, lots of variety for everyone at every single meal and the dining room was never too crowded. The staff was friendly and professional and so we will be...

Lovely hotel with a really stunning landscaped pool area - probably one of the best we've seen. Service was a high point along with the breakfast buffet and the choices at the Friday night Shabbat buffet. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

An amazing hotel in every aspect. The only important issue is the width of the hotel that includes a lot of walking in the hotel, but for us it just increased the experience . It's close to ice mall and near sea mall. It's super kosher and the food is well diverse.

We're been at Agamim numerous times, with and without kids and grandkids ... this time as a couple (husband and me) and can't rave enough about this quality hotel, which (a rarity) maintains the very high standards which "made it" when it first opened. The spotless cleanliness, the gorgeous landscaping, the attention to detail, and the staff - well, they...

We stayed at this hotel many times, and we stayed also last year on the same dates 31/12 New Years. However this time the hotel was under massive ongoing renovations, that was interrupting our peace and quiet vaca... Noise and Mass. Wouldn't Recommend to stay there until they finish all their upgrades and renovations.

I was a bit disappointed that a hotel built around its lagoon type pools didn't have one heated pool or jacuzzi/hot tub for the cooler months

and that pool closed at 6PM

front desk was not strongest part of the team

when I checked in the gal at the front desk was telling us our card wasnt going to work and tried to get us to pay cash...we insisted to talk to a manager...the manager figured a way to get our card to work ...paying with cash would have sapped our cash on hand for the trip without cause

also there was seldom more than one person at front desk who was often on phone or busy and there was no concierge service to speak of so any questions meant waiting frequently

the front desk also didnt seem to know simple things like if they had maps of town or where they were...they just didnt seem very well trained or motivated to help

I asked to talk to a manager to give feedback as I am a travel writer and dont publish negative reviews and over my 3 days no manager came forward

also when large groups were checking in our out buses were allowed to block driveway while people pooled to get on instead of waiting until there were all ready and then have them board...this blocked people checking in with their cars or getting in and out of spaces

overall I liked the hotel as far as the conditions of the rooms, the pool if I came back in the summer assuming hours weren't 6PM in the summer too...no one told us about the amenities checking in as well for instance about the exercise room

I have mixed feeling about returning...the place has great potential but seems to fall a bit short of reaching its potential....the hotel wasn't very full so maybe the staff was cut a bit thin for those guests who were there

I had questions about the restaurant for dinner but instead of waiting in lines t get the one desk person's attention, we just went out for dinner each night...our impression was that if they cant service the front desk...then why risk what service for dinner might be

we did enjoy the breakfasts...the omelet station is the star but ingredients to add available were sparse but people figure out on their own if they are lucky to take veggies from salad bar and cheese stand to make a better dish

the fruit drink station is also poor sub for fresh juice...wine list at night in bar is also uninspiring

I've been travelling more and more to Eilat for business and I'm inclined to check out other hotels first ...too bad I love the overall concept but not the execution
