I was here for 5 days for my honeymoon after getting married in Jerusalem-- a destination wedding at the David Citadel after flying in from NYC. My travel agent had booked a presidential room on the top floor- this was supposedly the best hotel in Eilat. At almost $1000 a night (which included meals), I expected a nice enough room....

First I need to say that I stayed at this hotel over the last 20 years. It is never consistent but still a nice hotel for Eilat. The hotel is well located, nice swimming pool and common areas. The spa is also nice. The main drawback is the service. From the front desk to the waiters and even the housekeepers...

This hotel is the flagship of the Isrotel chain in Eilat and its location is probably the best in all Eilat, just at the middle of the promenade of the northern beach. Plus: location, plenty of food at the dinning rooms Minus: plenty of food at the dinning rooms which is on account of the quality, long lines to the...

Old, outdated and overpriced rooms with strong smell coming from the bathroom.. Hotel is still being painted inside while guests are there.. staff is nice but poorly trained, DOES'NT speak ENGLISH and clueless. Ask to print your bill BEFORE payement !

The service is awful like three stars hotel and no worth the price you pay. I have been upset more than once in five days. The food is excellent so is the location and the hotel. You benefit 15% reduction in all the isrotel restaurants in other words all the best restaurants in Eilat.

I would like to say that I am not happy with the reception process, I thought to myself that an exclusive hotel would not cause me such disappointment. I arrived with my wife and baby son, we waited almost an hour to get rooms and had to feed the baby in the lobby. After an hour of waiting entered the...

This hotel is supposed to be the best in Eilat and it is though I think it's not worth the price. Great breakfast really tasty and a lot of food and I really think it's a great hotel but the price is to high.

The hotel is nice but needs renovation, for the price they are charging per night. The breakfast is good with a lot of food choices but I can say that about every hotel in Eylat. And the rooms are too dark! The pool area is very nice and clean. The staff is not too friendly. So this hotel is nothing more...

The hotel is an average small resort, great for families with small kids. There is a small kitchen in the room, with everything you need to cook your small meals, the breakfast at the hotel is really expensive and there are many options around, like Aroma Cafe, which I consider way better. If kids running and yelling around bothers you,...

Although the hotel was, not unsurprisingly fairly empty in early March it still stands out amongst all the others as the best. We only used the outside lounge area but were served with the service level of a five star hotel anywhere. We had French Toast which was for once, savoury rather than sweet, a refreshing change.
