Homeros was a great place to use as a hub for the fabulous area around Selcuk and or use as a place to chill out. You will be greeted by the effervescent Shaziye, shown your quirky room, given information on the Pension including the wonderful roof top breakfast/lounge area and an overview of the local area. Breakfast is typical Turkish,...

There is truly something special about this place. Let's start from the very beginning. From the Selcuk bus station, me and my husband decided to walk to the hotel and it was not too hard to find. I asked someone at the bus station to direct me to the location, and he was friendly enough to help. And there were...

Stay at Homeros Pension if you're looking for warm and friendly hosts, Turkish decor and endless helpful advice on anything you need to know! I stayed as a single backpacker. On arrival at Homeros Pension, I was cheerfully greeted by Dervis and whisked straight up to the roof terrace for tea and baklava. We were soon joined by another couple...

Homeros family is just great from the very first step into the guesthouse. They picked us up from the train station and their kind and friendly treatment during our stay made us feel so special and at home. We loved the Turkish breakfast too. They also were especially kind and accommodating with my elderly mother. We came back home with...

We had only one night at this Pension run by Dervis and Shaziye after our trip to Ephesus. Our room was comfortable and spacious and was full of turkish fabrics, nick-nicks and curios - just as the other living and dining areas were. It had a warm, welcoming and homely feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even had our...

We spent two nights at Homeros Pension and Dervis and Barbara made us feel very welcome. Our room and bed was comfortable and the decor is charming. We watched the sunset from the rooftop terrace with a drink - the view is not to be missed - and had delicious home-cooked food both nights. This is a great value hotel...

I stayed for one night on the first floor with shared bathroom. Dervis responded quickly with every question I had before and after booking, it was very easy to find the hotel from the bus station with a few direction signs on the major crosses. It is centrally located with a few minutes walk to sightseeing places. Barbara explained the...

This was my first stay in Turkey. I didnt know much about the culture, hospitality, food, history.. that all has changed as soon as I´ve checked into Homeros Pension. Dervis and Bara were happy to share their local knowledge, let me enjoy tasty traditional breakfasts and dinners and told me loads about Ephesus and all great landmarks nearby. The best...

this was one of the most accommodating place we stayed in during our 21 days in turkey! Saziye was simply lovely and very helpful with all of the questions we had for her - she made a great suggestion of doing a quick visit to Sirince which added to what we saw in that part of turkey for the short...

This was our third stay at this wonderful piece of Turkish Culture and again we were looked after like royalty. Davis and Saziye both welcomed and entertained us like family and along with Osman made us feel welcome in their community. The accommodation is unique and very comfortable surrounded by many artefacts from the area. Only a short drive to...
