We turned up without a booking and were treated like guests. We were going to stay 2 nights but only stayed one because we made it to Ephesus in the evening (really special once the crowds have left and the sun is going down). We had no problems changing our plans. The dinner was fantastic - one of the best...

Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to the centre of Selcuk. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel area around the pool is atmospheric and beautiful. For the rest, the hotel offers a nice breakfast on the roof terrace. Selcuk is a great place to stay for a few days to explore the town itself...

The hotel is in need of attention. Our room was so dark and badly lit we stumbled around at night. The bathroom was poky, poorly designed and the tiles mouldy. Breakfast was very basic with instant coffee.

Good location in the upper city of Selcuk, near Isa Bey Mosque and St John Basilica. Nice and clean room with wooden balcony and view on a quiet street. Excellent breakfast with fresh products (jam, cheese, etc) on rooftop terrace. Weak point: poor soundproofing in the room. Good value for money

Nice place to relax, good orange juice for 6lira, lovely pool, good wifi. Rooms over the pool are nicer area and surroundigs but more expensive, depends on your budget. Will pay for taxi to collect you from bus station if you get someone to call them and say you've arrived.

We arrived at Selcuk at midnight, after missing our connection in Istanbul, due to the late arrival of Emirates from Dubai (but that's another story!) We rang Akay and the person who answered found an Eg speaker so we could tell her of our ETA. At Izmir ours was the last flight in, so the staff was very thin. Our...

After a tortuous flight(s) we arrived at midnight - having phoned to confirm we were still coming - and were escorted to a room with big comfy beds, aircon that worked and a bathroom with lots of hot water! Bliss! Breakfast was a feast and the views from the terrace amazing - the castle, Isa Bey mosque and views across...

We stayed in the "economic" ground floor room, only 80 tl ($32 US) for ac, a nice pool, and great breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and there was a sweet dog to play with on the garden patio. This hotel is close to the mosque, St John's cathedral, and has a rooftop view of sunsets and the Turkish countryside.

One of the best we had our entire vacation. Clean rooms, wonderful outdoor pool, and the nicest front desk staff you will ever meet. The wife of the owner is a native English speaker, and was totally lovely and helpful. She knew everything we needed to know about transport to/from Ephesus nearby, and was happy to answer all our questions....

The hotel provides a clean and comfortable room with private facilities and small balcony. The bed was excellent and a good night's rest attainable. The hotel reception is most professional and speaks good English - very welcoming! The basic breakfast is a buffet style, a most suitable way to serve and adequate given the price. The hotel swimming pool would...

All was fine because big sites to see. Just walked into cathedral ruins and wow what I found. Safe peaceful and oozing ancient beyond belief. Stay if you're ok doing wo 5 star needs. Stay if you want to walk to everything. Stay if you want friendly local peace. Enjoy!”
