Needed a hotel for a few nights in the area and while Selcuk isn't a big town, location still matters and Hotel Nilya fit the bill with its combination of location and price. Room The upstairs room looks out towards West next to a nice shared sitting area for guests - great for evening relaxation or watching the sunset. There's...

Incredible location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Help you with booking tours, they even drive you to Ephesus. It's just steps away from St. Johns Basilica and Isabey Mosque. You can totally stay here and travel around the area: Ephesus, Pamukkale, Pamucak Beach, Sirince.

We loved staying at Nilya and highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. The furnishings and decor are lovely and the staff was super helpful, booking cars and offering guide books and a free drive to and from Ephesus. The free breakfast is delicious and views from the hotel are stunning. Don't miss the sunset! Great location and walkable to everything....

Early spring and hotel and Selcuk very quiet. A wonderful time to be there, archeological sites very quiet in the morning hours and very few tourists around. Nilya a great location in the maze of little streets, but once one has ones orientation easy to find and close to some great places to eat. Rooms great and must be quite...

It is a pretty charming hotel in the town of Selcuk. For thos looking for a basic bed and breakfast, with a good location, this is a good option. Just a few steps from St. John's basilica. The staff is so freindly, make you feel at home. Their breakfast is wonderful. How would you like you egg? I throughly enjoyed...

I arrived late on an already late night flight and was still warmly greeted and welcomed to the Nilya - i was even offered a tea but I was more enticed by the prospect of sleep. My room was upstairs. It was small (but was all i needed - bed washroom desk and closet) and was very quiet - i...

This is a great hotel in the small city of Selcuk, the modern gateway to Ephesus. This hotel is great because it is small, and you are treated with the hospitality of a guest in someone's home -- someone really nice, that is. The prices are terrific, including for the additional services. The hotel took us from and to the...

We knew we would be warmly welcomed at the Nilya, as we had been corresponding with Erdal for several months, during which he cheerfully and patiently answered a lot of questions! When Yelcen, who drives and greets and helps take care, met us at the airport in Izmir to drive us to Selcuk, the welcome was totally confirmed. ArrivIng at...

I stayed here for couple of days and it's a very good hotel in a great location. Hotel itself is beautiful with all its garden and greenery. Nothing fancy in the room but they are comfortable. They serve complimentary breakfast at the reception area every morning. Staff were very friendly. They let me borrow their umbrella few times and gave...

Owned by the same people as the highly rated Hotel Bella, but I don't see the hype. The hotel itself was lovely and comfortable. Beautiful art and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also quite good. It was the people that made our experience less than satisfactory. From the start it was hard to book rooms -we wanted two separate and...
