The location is almost great. The rooms are not bad. Breakfast was great. But the service was awful. One of the receptionist was totally impolite however the otherone was really kind and helpfull. There was no snack in the room even tea or coffee mix. The cleaning task was the worst part. And the room had a piping problem and...

We were here for one week. It was terrible, the room is too small, even you can not open your luggage. They didnot change our towel and our blankets. When I asked house keeping to change blankets ,she said just at the first changed not during your trip. They did not change our towel for 4 days. Every day we said to house...

The hotel is really tiny. I'm not exaggerating! The room is like 2×3 meters squared. The bed, which is supposed to be for 2 adults is only 110×190, again not exaggerating, I had a measuring tape and I actually sized! My husband is 185 and his feet are hanging off the bed. If you are a normal sized person you...

Not bad considering the price, clean enough, very helpful friendly staff, small rooms but convenient. Breakfast was too plain though. Location is excellent in Taksim, very close to public transportation (tramway, metro, havabus, outlet mall's free shuttle)

I believe a pleasant stay anywhere is a mix of physical state of the hotel + hospitality. This hotel provides rather small but efficient rooms. Decently decorated and clean with comfy beds/pillows. Most of its assests are on the hospitality side. Very helpfull and friendly staff, a cafe like hotel front that you can sit & enjoy passers by, a...

I stayed in this hotel during June 13-17. We had one triple & one double room. The room sizes are acceptable for a boutique hotel. If you ask me,you can barely call it a 4* hotel, based on any standards. The location is good because it's near to Taksim square & Metro station. But in my opinion the neighborhood is not safe...

Good place to stay for days. Staff attitude excellent, fluent in English, clean rooms, nice view, 4-5 min walk to Taksim square, or dolmuş or train and… everything is so good. Excellent price! To me, a good four star hotel. I think you won't regret.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
