We had 4 nights at this hotel with poor food quality & service. Rooms grubby, toilet not fixed to floor, showers grimy & difficult to operate. Bathroom floor wet after use due to poor plumbing. Decor depressing. Television satellite had hundreds of channels but only one (Australian) news channel in english. No fire exit notices or fire extinguishers found although...

The airports in UK was closed so we have to stay in Istanbul till the airports open again. I booked the hotel through the hotel booking services in the airport. The pictures look very nice on the computer. The hotel got swimming pool, sauna and spa facilities. 320 Euros for 2 nights in a two bed room suite seems reasonable....

This is a terrible hotel that you should not consider to stay at all. The security of in-house guest are not being guaranteed. Their room control system is totally messy. When their hotel is running full house, they will simply issue key card to guest who check in. My incidence was that when we enter to the room, there are...

OK the hotel....its fine but could be so much better.. All the staff with exception of the pool staff are so...

This hotel has been recently built and obviously designed by a man ;-): the shower was so complicated to run we had to ask the hotel desk to come and explain and while it all was very designy, it was also a bit cold (no pictures on the wall, especially in the breakfast room, which could have been a bit...
