I am typing this review while am lying on the hard as a rock bed in Oztanik hotel waiting for someone to get me tissues after I called 3 times to ask for it. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Point!...More

Locker card had problem and they didn't work, for me and another guests, every day!
Pool was'nt open in sunday. You have to buy swimming cap: 12tl.
Staffs was unfriendly and they did requested tip for every information or services.
