In its favour, the hotel was centrally located in Sultanahmet so great for the 'major' sites, and within easy reach of the trams. It was clean and the beds comfortable.

Yes - The front desk can arrange almost anything. They suggested a good restaurant also and we had 5 different meals and all perfect. The owner collected and returned us to Daphne. It is in walking distance of the famous Blue Mosque and the markets although we took a tram.
