Lovely peoples and very friendly everything is excellent we was very happy this hotel is really diamond it is my advice to every one this is the best hotel and very good people I hade the best holiday in my life I am Lucy I got this wonderful place

As agreed room were expected to be a sea view , but were not!! Staff at reception was arrogant to say you call you Expedia , it's expedia's problem , he even didn't say sorry. No lift has to Cary luggage up stairs Bathroom is too small Electricity in my children's room had amine of its own , Electric wires...

The hotel is located just behind the Olivium outlet center which has a wide variety for bargain shopping. This can be its best advantage. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the Kazlicesme metro station which can take you around to the old city. You can also take a minibus from Olivium to Zeytinburnu metro station which does take quite...

It really annoys me when people pay for normal/middle range hotels and expect the red carpet treatment . Maybe there problem is there living there lives disillusioned. Can't see why anyone would book in anywhere and look for negative points. If your type of person who thinks, " gosh , i was in the room and could hear people talking...

I have making reservation with order big bed but when I came to the reception he said to me we don't have big bed after 30 minutes discutions and after I have said I will call booking. Com customers services he have find the room with big bed. And the biger Strange is in 12:30 I call to order Bottle...

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to travelling to Bodrum and 1 night on the return. First night we arrived the next door room were very loud and did disturb our sleep, walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you WILL hear them. We spoke to reception the following morning and they did agree we could...

I could write a book on how bad it was there were very thin walls and could hear people talking in the room next to yours very bad location with garbage on the paths, there were bird nest in the shoot and the pictures are nothing like the hotel, the food was revolting and no variety i dont reccomend it...

We stayed at the Diamond City Hotel for 4 days which we had pre-booked from a travel agency when we were in Romania. Our Room #205 most importantly had a bath tub with plenty of hot water, which was so nice after an overnight train trip from Bucharest and after our long days walking around the ancient Sultanhemet area’s museums...

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable where I was in cozy room with stunning view and they serve delicious breakfast in a very beautiful terras. This hotel has a unique staff, very polite, so friendly and helpful. I'm so grateful for making my stay easy.
