Best service best food and the best ever staff that I have seen. The hotel is very close by to the old city of Istanbul and therefore you can be out and about all hours. It is very close by the old shopping centre-the grand bazar and is therefore very uplifting to see all the hustle and bustle and the...

The hotel wasn't fancy, but it certainly provided great value for the cost. It's located right on the light rail line which runs to the heart of the old city and Sultanahmet quickly and affordably. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and the on-site British pub was a great spot to unwind...

The room was not large and looked over apartment roofs and air conditioning units. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good. There was a safe in the room. The wifi was good. We were ripped off by the cab from the airport and the hotel front desk staff called someone they knew to ensure it didn't happen on our...

I stayed in this hotel in Istanbul and needed change for 100 lira for taxi purpose and asked the receptionist named Fahri - he gave me the change two 20 lira bills, one 10 lira bill and instead of giving me a 50 lira bill - he gave me a 5 lira bill. I realized that i have been given...

The hotel was a nice stay considering i'd been travelling for some time and a welcome respite. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the room was clean and spacious, with a clean and comfortable bathroom. All the facilities on offer were there and worked perfectly, wifi included. The breakfast was outstanding with many different cheeses, meats, sausages, eggs...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of an organised tour. The rooms were very small, in need of refurbishment and smelled like an ashtray. The breakfast room was located on the top floor which had a view over the city, the food choice was average and the service was non existent. I would stay elsewhere...

Our last night in Istanbul. Staff helpful but rooms quite small but clean and comfortable. Could smell cigarette smoke even though it was not allowed, and our floor smelled as though someone had cooked a meal in their room. Thankfully the smell did not come in to our room, only the corridor. Good bar in the lobby to have a...

We were a group of 32 PAX. Nice clean hotel in City area. Nice location. But rooms are not very specious, quite small. Breakfast is very good. Overall Good to stay in city area. But not much justified to the brand called "RAMADA".............expected more.

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, although it could have done with a lick of paint. It was quite small, but easily big enough. The hotel faces a main street, although street noise was not a problem with the windows closed. It is about a 15 minute (uphill) walk from the Askaray and Emniye Fatih metro stations...
