We ended up at the Birbey Hotel as part of a tour.
Location: Very dodgy. Not in a great part of town, we felt unsafe.
Rooms: Very basic, beds ok, pillows non-existent. Bathroom, old and a bit grimey.
Service: Seemed ok, didnt speak much english....More
