this is charbel and carole from lebanon i liked so much this hotel ,the prices are good,great location in the middle of the town ,the service is excellent ,the people are so kind and very helpful ,the breakfast and the food are delicious .tours are available in the hotel ,at last great hotel

I stayed at the sagcanlar hotel for a weekend break with my girlfriend from the 28th february. Abdurrahman (owner) was so accomodating and able to answer any questions we had. Eight of us, three from the UK and five from Uzbekistan, stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Throughout our stay the service was excellent. the rooms were awful , dirty , and the food at the same condition . there were dirties in all the room especially at the bathroom .they didnt even have towels . the receptionist was terrible cause of his rudeness , his only purpose was to get money and not being helpful at all . dont ever go there it...

it's a one bad 2 stars hotel,positioned in a bad neighborhood,far away from touristic sits,far away from tram or metro,only train station is near, without Turkish bath,or billiard,or internet-they lie when they offer these.with one bathroom very-very old.when i arrived to 9pm with my son there they told me that for they "the reservation is nothing" and they make the...
