The most filthy discussing hotel we've ever seen, dead flies everywhere, dust, cobwebs, old and dirty sheets, we had 20 cm of space surrounding the bed, and that was it! there were still moldy leftovers in the mini-broken-fridge... the bed was - tree stacked mattresses...More

The hotel was really nice, room was comfortable and big enough. Very well located, and quiet in sulthanamet are. The staff was really helpful and very nice. I recommend this hotel, if we come back to Istanbul, we will stay in Erten konak for sure.

This should be 3 and a half really. Interesting hotel very centrally located in the Sultanahmet district so able to walk to all main sites. As others have mentioned the floorboards are extremely creaky making sleep very difficult at times if people come in late...More
