Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Etim. He is a perfect gentlemen. He also remembered me from a previous trip. Gave me a great room.

the location of the hotel is nice, the service is excellent, the hotel without Etem and his friend; it's not a hotel. the hotel is 5 minutes from the tram and subway.
