I took my mom on a surprise birthday visit to this place and I reserved a sea view superior room for both of us. When I requested for a surprise cake for my mom to our room on a payable basis they gracefully accepted to deliver a surprise cake without any added charges as a compliment! It’s so nice of them to do such complimentary surprises to the room on guest’s requests! My mom was super surprised, job well done by their staff members 🤗 Our room was all well furnished and all up to standards! But we had a very nice room with no balcony available for us to get any fresh air or admire the view of the sea by feeling that salty wind on our face! I don’t know why but they must be having their reasons for that! We stayed their for 2days and one night on a bed and breakfast basis where I felt it’s a little expensive but still completely compromised by their cozy room and that beautiful view from my room! How can I forget to mention their infinity pool on the rooftop, had a great time in the pool again with that sea view! They also have a bar right next to the pool where not only the residents but also the common people pay random visits anytime during the day! that might put you in little uncomfortable place if you are also a shy person like me, when you are already in the pool and surrounded by many people! They have a restaurant called “EAT AT OZO” where they do buffets which is situated in widely spaced area with very good furnitures and interior designs which I thoroughly admired! They do have a great sea view from the dining area which was great! Their food range was good but not that great also not that much of staff attention, for example on their buffet table if any dish was over they don’t pay attention to refill it soon, so you had to give up trying that dish instead of just trying that dish if they refill it on time! Overall we had a great time staying at Ozo Colombo and my mom enjoyed staying here!…

We were there for quarantine 14 days. We’re thanking for entire team in the hotel for their exclusive service during our stay. Also cannot forget the kitchen team including the Executive Chef Clifford he was providing us delicious food and amazing mouth watering doughnuts. It’s a great breakfast.staff were very friendly. room was very tidy and clean.bathroom is very clean like brand new.our 14 days stay in this property was amazing with the sea view sunset sunrise and we had huge glass view can recommend to someone to stay in this hotel. Specially food taste was amazing our room was 1202. Once again thank you very much OZO colombo entire team.

Hotel is located next to shoreline at District 3 which can be easily served with Uber, probably 10min drive to downtown District 1 area. Room assigned was comfy - Dream Room and clean. Basic toilet amenities were provided. Rooftop bar with infinity pool was Instagram worthy facing the Indian Ocean! Food served at ON14 (next to the bar) was awesome - fish and chips and nasi goreng ordered! Decent pricing too. Overall hotel is value for money. Look out their website deals for great promotions.

Very Clean . but is mostly a transit hotel for people leaving Sri Lanka as it is not far from the Airport. Beware not to expect the restaurant to open on Saturdays or Sundays . Food is only served on those days in the roof top bar and the menu was limited. Close to the city for a city tour.
