Stay in November 2013 for 3 nights. Everytime I took a shower, a lot of water flowed into the sleeping area. Creepy installation of bathroom facilities. The window in the room could not be closed, a gap of about 5 centimeters remained open and let smog enter during night tiime. Winter in UB means a lot of smog, especially North...

I decided to write this review after two stays in this hotel. LOCATION The only rating i gave 4 instead of 5. Why? area around this hotel is pretty rough, located in middle of residential area and facing main road. Careful of the broken glasses, stones and dust. UB is a prety small city so location wise it was easy enough to walk everywhere. However, Ub is not a well lit city, so beware of open manholes and dark corners! Take a torch! We stayed at this hotel for 13 nights during high season, US$55pn. Our room was a double (5th fl) - not too spacious. Awful matress!...

This hotel is within walking distance of the centre of town (10-15minutes) and a pleasantly modern and practical hotel. Rooms are quite spacious (5th floor) and well equipped with AC, modern big LCD TV, DVD player, humidifier, free PC to use for internet (free) and a modern bathroom.
