The photos that are shown online are unfortunately not what it is really like... we got to our room and there was a mouldy orange on the side, dead flies in the bath and the sides in the bathroom had not been wiped down at all. There wasn’t any cold water at all and it was really noisy especially in the evening. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special at all and the swimming pool looked like it could do with a clean. The only upside to staying here was the staff, who were nice and we had a lovely lady who took us on a half day tour.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t give the atmosphere or impression as in the photos. It is a run down place. The swimming pool was completely not enjoyable - the water was a swamp, the water was growing things you don’t want to see in a hotel pool. Half of the chairs were broken and couldn’t sit to chill by the pool at all. The rooms were fine - but if I choose a hotel because of the swimming pool I want to be able to use it or at least sit in a chair. Disappointing for the price. On a positive note, the location is great. If you catch a cheap deal and you need somewhere to sleep for 1-2 nights OK, just don’t expect to be able to use the pool.

The location was fine and the pool quite nice (and clean). The staff were a mixed bag - the women who was probably the manager was fine, the rest of the staff didn’t seem particularly keen on being there. Our room was definitely in need of maintenance- marks on the wall where a TV seemed to have been removed and stains. The bathroom was basic: was no glass around the showers - marks on the floor showed where that had been removed, the shower itself didn’t work properly, scuzz in the corners. There were also gaps around the exterior door frame. And the breakfast was really inedible This would have been poor but the pool and clean, firm beds kept it on the bottom edge of average

Stayed there for 6 nights with my dad and brother. The location is perfect for whatever you want to do or go to in Vientiane, as most attraction are all within walking distance. The street where the hotel is located already has a lot to offer with good food option, Western Union money exchange and Wat Mixai right next to it. Staff is professional. Some problems arose during our stay but they were fixed quickly. The aircon worked perfectly which is important in Laos. The inside area with the swimming pool is very quiet and relaxing, perfect after a whole exploring. You can also get picked up from the hotel for your excursions. Will definitively come back.

The hotel is rundown - either the official pics are old ore some did a good job photoshopoing them. The rooms air-conditioning was broken. They were not able to fix it adequately. The alternative room smelled strangely, had no real window and also lacked a safe. The pool area was shabby. Plastic waste in the pool, broken lamps in the pool etc. Would not recommend going there. And above all: the staff was not very helpful and didn't not make a professional impression. Total waste of money.
