Chanthapanya Hotel is one of the best hotel's I have stayed at during my time in Laos. The staff offer great service, a beautiful location- everywhere is located within 2-10 minutes walking distance which really comes in handy. The room from the moment you walk in gives you an amazing welcoming into the hotel- dust free, spacious, comfortable bedding, complimentary...

Charming hotel with traditional details and helpful staff. Good location to see Vientiane, you would not want to be nearer the river as gets scruffy. Very adequate breakfast, cooked to order or Lao food. Outdoor pool and sauna and gym. Free Wi-Fi and also computors in lobby, useful if you leave IPad at home! Use a Tuk-Tuk to get about...

Nice traditional decoration in the hotel. The room was clean and you get complimentary mineral water daily. 7 minutes walking to Mekong riverside and you can visit the huge night market along the riverside. It seems everything is in walking distance except Buddha park. You can take bus no. 14 at the bus station to Buddha park which cost you...

The first time of my life i booked a high quality hotel and it did not make me disappointed. The location is very good: near the Home Ideal, Central Point, 5 minute walking to the night market. The food around is very typical Laos. The room for 2 is not very large but is fully equipped and looks luxury. There...

This was a quick visit of only 2 nights. I had a Deluxe Room beautifully decorated with polished wooden floors and decor. The bed and pillows were comfortable but I could not say the same about the upholstered chair. The wooden frame pressed into the back of my neck even with a pillow behind my back. In the shower, water...

After two weeks at a water power plant camp, it was fantastic to have a night at this hotel before leaving for home. And to see The capital of Laos. Very good service at this hotel, clean room, and good breakfast.

Sadly Uninviting lack lust swimming pool. At 8.00am the noise started the maids are soooo noisy outside in the corridor. Singing shouting banging. It took...
