The location of this hotel is great, with loads of stuff to do nearby. The bedroom was a good size, and the beds comfortable. The shower was strong (so strong that it escaped the bathroom), and the aircon good. The breakfast was ok, but not amazing. The swimming pool was pretty small and fairly busy (with both swimmers and people doing their yoga beside it), but it was lovely to have a pool. The rooms are located around the courtyard and it wasn't always very quiet during the night. When we were leaving there was a mix up with the taxi that reception called, and we ended up going and getting our own tuk tuk to the airport - which was great fun, and we should have done it anyway (it's a relatively short journey). I would probably try a different hotel in Vientiane, but if this was the only reasonably priced option, I would stay again.

We checked in here for 2 nights. The rooms were not ready so they stored our bags we heading out for lunch. When we got back they were all go to go. Our room was on the bottom floor with huge gabs under the door. Right outside our room was the courtyard that was very noisy. Pretty much anyone going to their room had to walk by ours. The walls were paper thin. The room was small and felt crowded. It had a very uncomfortable queen bed. It was very dark and gloomy feeling with a horrible smell. I have lightened the pictures up to show you. The bathroom was ok but everything did work. The room also had a safe. The staff was rude and hard to understand. Even the signage was not written proper in English (see picture). The hotel is in a great location. Close to tons of tourist attractions, great local restaurants. Most things were in walking distance. They also had a very nice but very crowded pool. Other people in our tour group had much nicer rooms with little to no smell here. We tried to switch rooms but they claimed there were none available. So they kept our money and we switched hotels. I was very sick with a very bad infection and this was not a great place for me to get rest. But I would probably try it again next time we are in Vientiane.

We’re happy we only spent one night here. The costumer service is horrible. The staff speaks poorly English and are very rude, uninterested and unfriendly. At the front desk, they will barely look at you, and it seems as if they cant be bothered to help you. Breakfast was not good. Wouldn’t recommend.

After reading some negative reviews I was pretty surprised my room was in good size and clean with a really good aircon, comfy bed, tv, fridge, safe box, kettle, fine working wifi and necessary toiletries. The location was good and simply a short walk cutting through the Nam Phu Water Fountain to the night markets, restaurants and coffee shops, massage parlors and mini-marts. Simple but adequate small buffet breakfast was served to start off your day. The garden and rooftop pool area is a nice touch and allows you to cool off for Lao's weather. You can enjoy live music and drink in the evening at the bars in the fountain area. A plus is that this property is easy to locate and you are able to take the airport shuttle bus to and fro using the bus stop at Lao Plaza Hotel only 200 meters away, Friendly staff do a quick and easy check-in and out. I like my short stay!

This beautiful hotel has a very good location close to the sights, restaurant streets and airport bus stop. Rooms are very atmospheric with lots of wood. Simple, but nice buffet breakfast. The garden andr rooftop pool area are like a little oasis. Friendly staff. Recommended
