I found the staff to be very good considering what they are given to represent. This hotel has certainly seen better days and the room I was in was well past due. Wifi was good and food as well. Enjoyed the center courtyard very much but yes, bring the bug spray. The location cannot be beat really, quiet and close...

On the positive side: Convenient location. Good wi-fi. Many English language channels on the TV. Friendly staff. Walk in rate (without breakfast) $21 USD. The negative: The negative reviews here are accurate and justified; the hotel is outdated and in a desperate need of a remodel or at least a thorough cleaning. There is a garden of sorts in the...

This hotel's location is perfect. Lots of eateries around the hotel and at USD 22 per night, you cannot ask for too much. The rooms are clean and the wifi is decent too. Staffs are not overly friendly but efficient. The bed and air-conditioning system worked well too. Worth to give it a try if you are travelling on a...

This hotel is tucked away off an alley but in a busy section of Vientiane. Nearby are Chinese, Korean, Lao, Lebanese and Vietnamese eateries and not far from minimarts, ATM etc. Downstairs and around the corner are several massage and spa premises. The hotel itself is dated but clean. Carpet floors in the room could do with replacing but the...

Heritage hotel for business and vacation travelers. Best located at downtown and close to riverside. A decent garden for breakfast and fish pond. The staff are friendly and many good restaurant close-by.

We had low expectations for a one night stay at a budget hotel but we were still disappointed. It was a very strange place. We had 2 rock hard twin beds that had stains and burns, the walls were moldy, the carpet was dirty & worn through, there was a pair of dirty flip flops for our use...but the bathroom...

It was nice one hotel that I been stayed and all the staff so friendly with server us. We can see view from balconies and had breakfast buffets in natural garden. The food is so simple but the taste is so good. I love to say Hello ( Su Wee Dee ) to them, I'm really love and enjoy my...

The good points: the staff is very professional, the breakfast was simple but good, the garden is beautiful with a pond full of fishes. Location is great, near the night market, some nice temples and good restaurants, both local and western. But... this hotel is worn out. In it's heydays, this must have been a truly classy and impressive hotel....

We made a reservation here several weeks ahead of time, and after our plans changed and we decided not to arrive in Vientiane, chose to cancel the reservation. The hotel policy was that the cancellation must be 7 days ahead of time, which is already a bit crazy. We cancelled 8 days in advance local time, and 9 days in...

Big clean rooms in central location. Hot showers. Mattresses need replacing but still great value for money. We only spent one night but would have happily stay longer. Breakfast just ok but lovely setting around the big fish pond. Watch out for mosquitoes.
