Good location, a large room, a good place for eating and taking a walk and habing a herbal saunas and massage! The best service in this type of hotel should not be expected too much. Clerks were diligent but no smile. If we ask them some help, they difinitely deal with them. overall, good hotel!

It's not the typical "Best Western" - rather a nice hotel in the heart of touristy Vientiane, very near the Night Market and the Mekong River. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and massage places nearby and in walking distance. Very recommended for business travellers - rooms have decent and adequately sized work spaces!! Plus a reasonable WiFi-access. Not to forget the...

Good , Excellent position, prices as expected. Many of my friends stay here. Not a bad beer bar out the back and close to most eating in Vientiane, Convenient , Clean ( mostly ). Not the sort of place you stay for a cultural experience , or a view. Used to be the Tai Pan Hotel, was better then with...

They charged me for the most expensive room, and put me in the cheapest room. It had a great view of barbwire, rust, and spray paint. I stayed there before, and my room was much nicer. I went down to ask them about. My girlfriend spoke to them about the room change. Today at check out they charged me $88...

Hard to know if AUD70 is good value in the broader Vientiane context but no issues with this choice. Simple modern room of average size and very clean. Balcony onto Francois street made for good people watching. Pool was very welcome albeit not your luxury style. Staff arranged a car to the airport freee of charge - nice.

While there are many boutique hotels in Vientiane, cheap backpacker hostels and a few high end hotels, the Best Western is a good compromise. Rooms clean and simple, staff are helpful, breakfast modest but quite adequate, and location very central. I would plan to stay here again.

Room was OK; nothing outstanding but clean and large enough. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited in choices. Location is a convenient 3 min walk to the Night Market, and there's a convenience store around the corner on the riverfront road. Also, there's an ATM across the street. Being part of the Best Western group gets you points in the...

It was the second time I stayed in this Hotel in the last three years and the hotel has improved. Ideal location near the Mekong river front and the night market, surrounded by lots of dining options. Rooms are large, with a work table (essential for business travelers like me) and electrical points. Clean and well serviced rooms. Breakfast options...

Best Western We got off to a disappointing start to this hotel experience when I didn't get a response to my confirmation e mail and request for airline pickup until AFTER we had already stayed at the hotel and checked out! However, when we called from the airport, a driver was dispatched immediately, and we only had to wait about...
