We thought we would book a simple and cheaper hotel with a pool as we were only in Vientiane for 2 nights. We also booked it as it has a pool (which is about 10m long). We were going to skip breakfast and go and find somewhere a little bit "nicer" but we were so wrong . They showed us...

I had a really lovely stay at Vientiane Garden Hotel. Booked 1 nights and ended up staying 3 nights. I didn't want to leave! The room was super cleaned every day with free bottles of water and freshly towels, pacious and with a comfortable double bed. The hotel is really nice with a beautiful architecture, a nice pool and courteous...

A good hotel that offers everything that can be expected at the price. Good location offers access to major city attractions within walking distance. The pool for unwinding after the activities is the additional positive feature. Rooms are equipped to the hotel standard. The WiFi is poor at some times and adequate at other hours. The reception offers the whole...

The location is not too bad, 5 min from the Center. But it's possible to rent a motorbike without leaving your passport as a deposit (which is convenient when you gave it to the embassy already). The rooms are simple but fine. We got 1 double bed + 1 twin bed. The signal for TV channels is quite bad. There...

Lovely cluster of rooms around a swimming pool set in the garden - very quiet and peaceful but excellent location for walking to most places. Even better, hire bikes from only a couple of doors down and you can easily get round the whole town. Breakfast was fine, on the better side of what seems to be pretty standard for...

Doesn't live up to expectations from photos and description. In need of some work, especially in the bathrooms, and a good clean inside and outside. The pool is OK but not many chairs. No towels. The best thing about the hotel is that is almost next door to Namaste Indian restaurant where you can get some amazing food.

I didn't 1-star this property because the breakfast noodle soups are out of this world. Try the chicken with noodle...it's arresting, if not quite hot enough. Otherwise there's a lovely pool, and nothing else. The beds are bedrock hard. We love our shower time, and herein was the ultimate bummer....the drain is OUTSIDE of the shower stall, and water must...

We had never been to Vientiane before and we picked this hotel . Great location and the staff were fantastic . A lovely family run hotel , well worth a visit . There are some great eateries close to this hotel and probably one of the best Indian restaurants outside of India called the Namaste .
