Small hotel, the rooms toward the gardens (tempel area) are away from the traffic. Room medium size, very good equipped. Very good room service as well as the restaurant in the hotel. Very good breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. Would stay any time again at this place. They provide also a airport pick-up service, very convenient.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a very central location. We booked a 2 night "discover Vientiane" package which included dinner, a nice city tour and a massage in their spa. Good service. We had a suite on the 6th floor with good views (there was a small balcony) which was very spacious and comfortable. The 5 am alms...

This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, contributing to an enjoyable stay. Rooms tastefully decorated and a nice size. We enjoyed having the "living room", a comfortable lounge bar with some nice views towards the river on an upper floor. The breakfast was fantastic - something for all tastes - Asian,...

We decided to book a suite for our stay at Salana and it was just lovely! A beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean room on the top (sixth) floor of the hotel. Lovely views across the city, the Mekong and over the temple across the road. Well worth the extra $'s. The room had the biggest bed I have ever seen and...

This property is delightful, very vintage with a twist of contemporary. You will first notice the boutique style entry where the staff if eager to greet you or assist you with any needs. Full service bell for luggage delivery and a sweet drink to welcome you to their hotel. You can exchange funds at the front desk with no service...

The hotel is in a great location near the activities of the area, but a little off to the side so you are not in the middle of the chaos. The staff is great, the breakfast is one of the best I had on my trip, and the fourth floor was a nice place for a drink.

Food was overall good to exceptional. A bit disappointed in the wine-by-the-glass, but for $3 USD I can't complain too much. Dishes were well-presented with good attention to detail. I would eat here again.

This place is really beautiful. Pretty much in the center of Vientianes touristic part of the city. Close to Mekong river and lots of restaurants and massage studios. Rooms are really nice with all comfort needed, good beds and best bathroom I had in Laos. Breakfast is amazing! But! When We arrived they were one room short and didn't tell...

We can't complain about anything. Upgraded room, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely room. Best thing however was it's location, walk out of the door and there was downtown, night market etc etc. If we ever come back to Vientiane we will stay here.

I love the Salana hotel... well appointed rooms, luxurious but well connected to Laoation tradition and style... Staff are very helpful and attentive, and will go out of their way to assist. Hotel wifi is more reliable than I found others in Vientiene. Can be a bit nosy at Buddhist festival time, as there is a temple across the road...
