City centre hotel with bars and restaurants nearby, the hotel is in the process of almost doubling in size, the area outside, next to the hotel is a building site but this in no way interfered with our stay, no noise or disruption. It's a smart looking hotel and was offered a good welcome, rooms were good with all the...

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of a 30 day tour through Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. The hotel was chosen by the tour operator. Rooms are reasonable size and are typical of 3 star hotels. On the tour we had much bigger. But the big city hotel rooms were all this size. Service is good. On the...

Perfect location This hotel is situated in walking distance to many things in central Vientiane. Just five minutes away you can find many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is relatively new and gives a fresh appearance. When my Lao friend arrived he could park his motorcycle in a locked area – much appreciated. The room was clean and...

The standard room had big sliding glass doors (lock mechanism didn't work), and a small bench but no chair. It overlooked a moderately busy street. I liked the big white tile floors, but disliked the polyester-covered mattress underneath a thin bottom sheet. The compact bathroom had good hot water but only a ceiling light (hard to see what you're shaving...

The hotel is located in a place quite distant from the busy part of Vientiane, which makes ones stay relaxing. The rooms are spaceous, perhaps one of the most spaeous hotel in Vientiane if not the most. However, they just need to improve the designs (i.e. add paintings and other decors ) perhaps and add more lights to make the...

Spent 2 nights in Sabaidee@lao Check in was quick and painless, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a great size, clean, bathroom and shower were good. Bed was a little hard but ok. Breakfast had a good variety of western and asian food. Overall a pleasant hotel.

The location near - but not in - the center of Vientiane helps this hotel remain quiet; however, the rooms are sad. They are small and poorly lit, and ours (in the rear building) faced the front building. We had a small balcony, but what was the point? Breakfast was included and was adequate but not great. No pool or...

Love the peace. If on business, then this hotel is ok, not the best, just passable. Food in hotel pretty ok, I would give 50/50. Helpful staff. Good wifi. CNN, BBC, CNA. Swenson nearby. Only problem, longer walk to river side. Should I add more ?

Has plenty of rooms and staff very helpful. Excellent computers and wifi in lobby area. Breakfast adequate but unimaginative. Rooms large and clean. Very modern and well equipped. One hitch was that in our tour group, one room was not ready but guest was given free drinks at bar while he waited.

I have twice visited this hotel during a stay in Laos. First, all the good news; my rooms was excellent - the result of an up-grade - and faced the courtyard in Building 1. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. The front office staff were diligent in helping organise taxis - and in providing advice. Second, the bad news - breakfast....
