The hotel is pretty good but a bit noisy because of loud music from other restaurants. The hotel has a good restaurant view in the 5th floor. Foods are nice. Just some comment is staff should be more helpful. So, learn more how to do service industry work.

Old hotel so a bit dark and gloomy but with beautiful carved mahogany everwhere. Rooftop restaurant has great views of the Mekong, and is right next to the street restaurants. Very large en suite room, and quiet inside even though it was the New Year water festival. Not many staff speak good english, but the man at reception had excellent...

We arrived in the evening and there was already quite a lot of noise in the local area. The bed was hard and there were some unusual noises during the night that woke us up. We still can't work out what caused the noises. Breakfast was adequate. I enjoyed the noodles and rice. The Laos coffee was quite good. The...

Stay here only if you like intrusive Thai music until 11.30 at night. Very nice hotel but the Thai music will not be appreciated by farangs trying to relax in their room. Location is excellent and easy parking.

This hotel is situated on the riverside of the Mekong. It must be the scruffiest one on the street, and not the cheapest. The rooms were pretty basic and not too clean. It seems to be a very old establishment. For £40 per night, in Laos, it was expensive. But having said that, dont expect anything to be cheap in...

This hotel was part of a tour and was booked by them. It shows itself as a 3 star but I am afraid it does not deserve any rating. The whole place is very very tired and in need of a total refurbishment. The first room we were allocated had a faulty safe so we were then moved to another...

We had a group stay here her - Rooms are VERY large and bathrooms are a mixture of Bath/showers and walk in showers. Th bathrooms are clean and tidy But lack professional finish for tiling etc. There is a good Top floor with views over the river - supposed to be rated 3rd best in Vientiane - But a bit...

The hotel has long been the best time behind. The room was not very cleen. Bed linen was ok, but underneath was better not to see. In the bathroom I met one evening minimum of 6 cockroaches. Hotel has very good location with beautiful view on the bank of Mekong River. The top restaurant has beautiful terrace. Hotel would need...

Sad to say but the only thing going for this hotel is the stunning view on the rooftop bar. Breakfast was really below standard. I'm vegetarian and even if I was a meat eater I would struggle as it kinda looked like some stale bread, and what looked over left over rice and fried eggs which had been there for...

1- I reserved the standard room based on the fact it had a bathtub. I arrive at the hotel. The bathroom has shower instead of bathtub. I go to the reception. I'm told only superior rooms have bathtubs. I say the standard room has picture showing bathtub on booking.com. I am given a superior room upgrade for free. 2- The...
