A charming hotel. Our room on the 4th floor was very comfortable & the location was handy to walk to the Mekong & local attractions. The staff let you do your own thing, but whenever we asked them anything they were immediately helpful. Breakfast was tasty and the Lao coffee is delicious.

Stayed here a few nights and enjoyed it a lot. Rooms in the from above reception are old French colonial with wide dark wooden floorboards and very roomy. Large rooms with air con and hot shower. Large comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Khamvongsa is a quaint hotel in the centre of the town, close to many good restaurants, cafés and bars and the Mekong riverfront. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks good English. Our room on the second floor was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the selection of breakfasts offered is really good.

The room is simple but tasteful. The location is great, close to the night market and the main road with lots of restaurants. Many options for breakfast and they are very accommodating for substitutions. The only minor negative is the lack of shower curtain means the bathroom gets quite wet after shower. The nearby Makphet restaurant is fabulous. It’s a...

This hotel is a good central choice in Vientiane. While I don't think it quite deserves a "very good" rating, it is better than "average". Our room on the 4th floor was basic, but clean and comfortable. It could use a bit of an update/decor refresher. We did appreciate that the hotel took note of our request for a quiet...

This is a good small hotel, clean and confortable, with an excellent location in central Vientiane, a short walk to the riverside. My room was large and the bed was comfortable. The room has both a ceiling fan and an AC unit (this one's too noisy to be used during the night). Breakfast was good, served by a group of...

Great location and breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the river and great restaurants. My only compliant is that the beds are hard but overall the accomodations are a steal for the price. Would recommend

This was a very nice place to stay, with good facilities and really nice breakfast options. It's easy to walk to the night market and to riverfront restaurants (or grab a taxi). Service was excellent.

This is a lovely lovely hotel. The décor, rooms, location and staff are excellent and breakfast is very very good. We had the European option which consisted of freshly ground coffee, fresh fruit, a croissant fresh from the oven and yogurt. The best breakfast we've had by far in three weeks of travelling through the Far East. I would highly...

Stayed 2 nights - this is s budget / low mid range hotel that does a lot with very little. Nice entry area, big rooms. The rooms are charmingly decorated (along the lines of colonial style) and very clean. Pretty quiet for being in the middle of town, felt safe as a solo female traveller. Could do with some repainting...
