location was not bad but was kind of down an alley. room very clean and spacious does not have a lift and we were located on level 4 got very hot there was air con but not strong enough. also the bathroom is a sliding glass door with a curtain love the breakfast at the cafe downstairs that was an added bonus staff very helpful help us with our luggage and when it was raining lend us some umbrellas.
Completely enjoyed my 4 days stay in bloom boutique hotel. The bf was good, the rooms were clean. Staff were polite and most important very much value for money. Location was excellent as well right next to everything u need whilst quiet at the same time. Highly recommend
We stayed here for 5 nights towards the end of a 3 month trip to various countries in SE Asia. It’s a lovely hotel and the room we had was very spacious, nice sitting area with a sofa and extremely clean. The hotel is ideally situated for restaurants and some of the main Wats etc. The staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. Breakfast, served in the hotel’s cafe downstairs was great with about 7 various sets to choose from, excellent coffee and lovely bread. We also ate lunch at the cafe twice and the food was really good - fruit shakes are delicious - and extremely reasonably priced. 3 days in Vientiane would have sufficed but having such a lovely hotel helped. Highly recommend. Be aware there’s no lift and quite a few flights of stairs to get to bedrooms. It didn’t bother us but may be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. …
We stayed here for 3 nights while in Vientiane. The reception is on the second floor with the cafe on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We like the cosy decor and tasty and wide selection of tasty breakfast sets. The size of the room is decent and cosy. Comfortable bed. We also like the location of the hotel, which is walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores just around the corner. The only complaint is the noise in the morning. We stayed in room 205.
Rooms look as pictured, staff were friendly and helpful, and location is really great. Rooms are actually more spacious than expected -- our group of 3 booked 1 double and 1 twin rooms. There is no closet but hangers and hooks are provided. Breakfast is also included (set menu) and is pretty decent. Free bottled water in the rooms and drinking water in the lobby (if you have reusable bottle) are provided. 3 downsides: no elevator though staff will carry luggage for you from street to lobby and room. A/C in both rooms were weak. Bathroom: shower tiles in twin room could be cleaner and the sliding door to the bathroom has a gap, so you could hear what's going on inside. If you could live with these, it's really not bad for the price and location.
