I had two nights in this small hotel and was comfortable and well looked after. My room was clean and well serviced. It was just as well that I was not sharing as there is a rather odd glass wall to the shower that looks right into the bedroom. Plenty of hot water though - such a treat on my...

Having lived and worked in this city and stayed in several hotels here, this would have to be the worst I've experienced. Let's list the things that made it a most unpleasant experience: 1. Gruff and unhelpful staff and night staff who could not understand any English 2. Tiny rooms with nowhere to put your suitcase unless you want to...

Our room was cozy and offered enough room for two of us to spend 3 comfortable nights. The room was quiet, even though there were a couple of tour groups in the hotel. Water pressure was good, and the reception staff did their best to be helpful, even if some of the staff had limited English (and I had limited...

First of all, the hotel is very clean compared to other hotels of this price class in Vientiane. It feels like a newly renovated place, and the sleep quality left little to desire. My only problem with the room was that the wall sockets location was way too far from the bed. Tedious if you have to work on your...

We only had a night here but it suited us perfectly. It was a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the Mekong, night market and other nice streets to wander, as well as loads of nice spots to eat. The room was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed, although we were on the dark side of the hotel,...

Myself and my friend booked this hotel for 2 night. We arrived early and asked to leave are bags which was fine and told to return at 1.30. So at 1.20 we arrived ready to check in. To which we were told we had to wait by a very unfriendly man. He didnt even check to see if the room...

I stayed at this hotel, having been in various locations in Laos for the prior two weeks. I was delighted to find the hotel location to be a 5 minute walk and check-in was simple. I was staying on the 5th floor and was advised the lift only went up to the 4th, so I had a short flight of...

Very basic room in the center of town. As usual in Laos the wi fi connection was awful. Did have an elevator which was nice for a change. The rooms were clean and fairly well appointed. No complaints the breakfast was egg, eggs and more eggs.

Our room was not clean, the floor was gritty and there was something on the floor of the shower. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls and we could touch the wall outside the only window in the room. The lift clunked in a terrifying way. Breakfast was pretty boring too.
