I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. I got a big room with a comfortable bed. However, the curtains did not cover all of the windows. In the shower something was leaking because floor got wet when showering. But still, I enjoyed the hotel and can recommend it.

This hotel was booked for me by the organisers of my stay in Astana. When reading the reviews before arrival, I was expecting the worst stay of my life. In reality, it is an average hotel with decent service. I would remind travellers of the following: 1. You need to have moderate expectations in general at the same level of...

Now I know the difference of your site and booking.com, they present real information, you don't - the pictures of sauna and restaurant available, and mentioning spa and park in the name - all of them appeared to be far from the reality, since you had to pay for spa and use it in definite hours, and it was not...

Friendly hotel, large rooms in a central location. Was generally quiet except for one evening when a wedding party was ongoing. Easy walking distance, or short cab ride, to main attractions. Breakfast Buffet was best ignored.

We booked some rooms, a seminar room and a 2 day food package for 18 persons. What we received during these days as a good customer was the worst service from the management, which you can't get in any other hotels worldwide. You really have the impression, that you have to be very thankful, that you can stay in this...

I was ere last night. My experiences were different from the many here. True, room was cold on entering, But got warmer. I guess they turn on the heating just when the guest arrives. But one can ask for a heater and more duvets. Room was big and clean, bed very comfortable. Colour coordination cosy, d the bed comfortable. Biggest...

Supposedly 4-star but 1-star is generous. My room: no toilet paper (and I had to ask twice before I got a roll and that role looked like it had got wet and then dried), no tissues, no facecloths, used shampoo, no body wash, cracks around the plumbing, a tub that I almost needed a stool to get into and a...

This hotel is rated as 4 star hotel; however, I wouldn't give it more than 1 star. My colleague and I were on the business trip in Astana last week, considering that this hotel will provide services that are described. We ended up being without hot water for several days. We were offered to be moved to another hotel (that...

Astana is too new in the international hospitability business to be top rated. Next to the expensive parkiin, radisson, ... Astana Hotel is a nice alternative. Big comfortable rooms, nice italian restaurant downstairs with a perfect service. Still things to improve - breakfast is below any expectations for intl travellers ... - but in good direction (new hotel).

Currently the hotel is undergoing major building work, which affects many of its functions. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. However the rooms are overheated and the heat can not be controlled. The windows can be opened but not latched, so it's either too hot or you suffer a cold blast...
