I stayed here by mere coincidence as friend has booked this hotel. Was my first and last time. 1. Quality of service - staff is lazy, unfriendly and unprofessional. At the "lobby bar" you have to wait for 10 minutes and more in order to get noticed. Then another 10 minutes to get served, even though there is nobody there....

I was in Duman Hotel on April, for four day: all is very good and I'come back in June, for an commercial event I scheduled there. That's to say how much I like Duman in Astana! All the staff is very kindly and efficient, especially the Director Mr . Nicola Mandolini and mrs Tatyana Commercial Manager.

Second time during year I've been stopped here, and again only because of the location. It is convinient to drive from here on business and to the exhibition center, and to appoint business meetings. Just next to the hotel there are shopping centers and the famous avenue of restaurants. Definitely this hotel for businessmen, but why did the management of...

I decided to stay at the Duman because it is licated close to my office and there was a good deal on boooking.com. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast decent, they can make you even goid coffee if you ask. However the huge disadvantage was that rooms have no wi fi paid ot for free and to communicate you need...

We walked to The Baiterek Tower but took a taxi Palace of Peace and Reconciliation and the National Museum. Buses are 60 tenge (2,3 euros). No. 12...

This is a nice hotel to stay in; the architecture is modern, it is adorned with lots of marble and the rooms are large and comfortable. There is a fine and free Wi-Fi system in the lobby and by the bar. The staff, as in all Kazakhstan, are serious and stoic but always polite and helpful. There is a nice...

The hotel is a typical 3 start hotel in this part of the world, room is basic, bed is hard, towels have black spots, lighting is dim both inside the room and outside in the lobby and hall ways. Staff are not smiling and may not understand guests requests. But overall this is still a functional hotel. The location is...

I was worried about staying at the Duman when I found out my conference would be held there. Reviews online have not been very kind. And they are quite accurate in many respects. There is tons of room for improvement, but I think they can make it. The location is very good and central. I have found my room to...
