Firstly, I'd like to say hi to Mr Panak - he is one of the friendliest guest house owners we have met so far. He is determined to excel beyond his famed reviews, as opposed to many places that get an LP mention. We felt very safe and welcome here and the stars speak for themselves.

Stayed here for two nights, really lovely room on the top floor, with balcony (nice for beers in the evening), fresh towels, soap. It's very clean, and the staff are helpful too!

The staff ae very helpful and even sorted out our Laos visas (we gave them our passports at2.30pm on Friday and we got them back with the visas at 5.30pm) which was excellent and saved us heading for the consulate ourselves. They arranged...

After reading Tripadvisor reviews, we stayed at Fancy Guesthouse for two nights en route to Sihanoukville - we were not disappointed! Mr. Phannak is a gem for any tourist unfamiliar to the city. Top class service with a smile. Rooms are cosy, very clean and excellent value for money ($25 per night). The guesthouse is five minutes’ walk from the...

We stayed twice. Nice room but no window. Tv and fridge in room. 5 mins to the river front. On a quiet side street. Staff couldn't be more helpful, not only did they book us a cheap killing field tour and buses all over Cambodia but they even ordered a pizza in for us! It was yummy. Would recommend!

We had a lovely 3 nights stay in Fancy Guesthouse. Very clean and tidy hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The guesthouse is very central located, and makes it easy to reach all points of interest and there were many places to eat nearby. We would recommend any one travelling on their own, with friends or family...
