Have stayed here a couple of times and both times had a very welcoming staff. Five months after my first stay, i returned and most of the staff remembered my name. The rooms are adequate. Definitely a hostel level of quality. Great location and good service, I would avoid using the hotels transportation. Such as the Tuk tuks offered out...

Was surprised to see that this guesthouse has mixed reviews. It has a fantastic location near the kings palace and in walking distance to many restaurants and bars-so you save on the tuk-tuk fare. we had a clean double room with air-con, hot water and a very comfy bed. The restaurant served tasty food, so good we were tempted to...

We stayed here for a few nights before heading to the islands and then we stayed on our return The first room we had was right on the top floor - be prepared for stairs!!! Both our rooms has a tv and private bathroom and seemed quite clean and spacious. Lovely little restaurant downstairs where we ordered breakfast most days....

We stayed at Okay guesthouse 6 nights. Yeah, even already after the first night we were looking other options. Our room was at the top floor, kind of attractive attic feeling if you don't mind stares. But the room itself was a tiny thing. Bathroom was so small you couldn't even open the door fully as it was hitting the...

Avoid at all cost. Really small rooms without window. No fresh air entering the room! Beds and bathroom was not clean at all! We stayed here one night, because lazy gecko, next door was full. Walk a little further, there are plenty better options! They also woke us up at night 00:30 because we didn't register properly and agressively forced...

We didnt actually stay here but ate here everyday since at our guesthouse (11 Happy GH) there was music blasting a day long. The food was good and staff nice and funny. The $12 double with fan we saw looed clean and more quiet than the one we stayed at.

Let me say that when I contacted Okay Guesthouse months before our trip to Vietnam, I felt really good with how it's owner communicated through email. I felt certain that I would be in good hands when I stay there, and it was true they really made you feel that you are their guests and they would make things as...

Yeah, some of the staff aren't all that friendly but some of them were really nice, especially the younger guys working here who have been quite helpful and happy to have conversations with me. Strangely enough, these were the ones who spoke better English so I'm guessing the language barrier gets in the way sometimes? $10 room with double bed,...

Made the wrong move by giving them my laundry... after it was 'washed' (looked as dirty than when I handed it in), they just 'folded' all the clothes in the most messy way and of course with the clothes still damp which explains all my t-shirts, shirts were ruined (collars deformed, shapes widen, etc.). Ask them to symbolically reimburse me...
