A nice place located right by the riverside and many other places to go. Only $8 a night and all the staff are respectful and friendly. Rooms are secure. The rooms are hit-and-miss, i've stayed here several times and sometimes there have been cockroaches, sometimes not. The bed linen is fresh and free from bugs though. And the complimentary bottles... ChiCha is a cheap guesthouse. We paid $8 for a fan-room (good for two) and it was the cheapest we found from the entire river-side block, which we've sourced out when the bus dropped us near the market. Their receptionist was very kind and speaks good English, which I consider a plus. Clean room, clean toilet. Though the place is... More

Do not expect room service, it just provide a lil more than a dormitory, though the owners are quite helpful. Most of the guys here are Bangladeshi since the owner too is from Bangladesh. You can smell Indian food, since they have a restaurant which serve food from the sub continent. Rooms where i stayed was though lil dingy but... More

Got the bus delay for 24hrs so we had to look for accommodation... Found this guest house with the cheap price, close to back-packer area but it turned out the worst place that we've ever stayed, the guest house made you feel like you are in the middle of India due to the smell of Indian spices and we finally... No elevator to 3rd floor, luckily the staff helped us up with our heavy luggage. Shouldnt have stayedbut was too tired to look for something else. But what do u expect for 8 dollars?? Chi Cha might not be chi chi, but it suit me Every month I travel to Phnom Penh from Sihanoukville for medical reasons. Every month I stay at Chi Cha Hotel on Street 110 which is an enviable 50 meters from the Riverside; which happens to be my favorite part of Phnom Penh. For two years or so, one night... More

I would recommend everybody to avoid this place at all costs. The staff we encountered were incredibly rude & unhelpful. The 'room' we were given resembles Vietnamese prison cells we've visited during the trip.... quite possibly more dirty. There are plenty of bugs if you're a nature lover. If we hadn't pre paid for the night we would not have... More
