The hotel is nicely decorated. I stayed in the room for 4 pax. Nothing to complain except the mosquito larva found in the flower pot. The hotel staff at the counter (didn't manage to get his name) is very helpful in getting us a more comfortable car to send us to Siem Reap. Franco is a friendly chap who always...

Suggestion: do not stay on the ground floor rooms, you will be hearing ppl walking pass by. Overall, i like the service and decoration, worth how much im paying for. Staffs are very helpful on booking tour for me. I was expecting a bit more swimming during my trip, but the size of the pool is a bit disappointing.

Booked this hotel on booking.com for 45USD a night with breakfast for 2. Comes with a small pool. Not so much for swimming but you can soak in it. The pool water is cold-ish as its relatively shaded within the confines of the walls of the building. Its good value for your money, decent no-frills hotel run by a friendly...

I booked to spend 3 days here and ended up staying over a week. The rooms were large and well equipped with large spotless bathrooms. Nothing was too much for the staff and the manager was always on hand to ask how we were getting on and if there was anything we needed. All in all an excellent hotel and...

Franco and hís team were so generous and helpful we will strongly reccomend that all our friends come and visit. They have a restaurant at the hotel that serves the...

I stayed a few nights at this hotel during my stay in Phnom Penh. I requested an upper floor room in a quiet location. I was satisfied with my stay here. The breakfast is good, the service is spot on and the hotel has nice chill areas outside the rooms for lounging around. I didn't use the pool but it...

I booked 2 rooms in the hotel on our way to Sihanoukville via email. We were greeted by nice staff and the manager Frank with a welcome drink each. Great to stay in a place that has personality, cute pool to have a dip and relax by. Everywhere I looked there was a comfy seat and table setting, to sit...

Nine Hotel is a little and lovely hotel, close to Independance Monument. It is not very close to the centre but walking distance. The small swimming-pool was great, and in general the design of the building is modern and comfortable. Big room, very clean. Nice welcome and refreshing drink when we arrived. The buffet breakfast seem the only bad point...

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel very late at night and found it to be clean and comfortable for our one night stay. We then left the city to see other parts of the country. Due to weather issues we decided to come back to Phnom Penh a little early but did not have a reservation for any...
