This hotel is a decent place to stay a night if you're just travelling through Phnom Penh for example. The hotels apparently has a lot of rooms of different quality; ours was a good sized, clean double room with a large cable tv. Decent value for the money, I suppose (15 dollars). At $5 for a small, clean room with a/c, this was a terrific value. The room stayed cool, and despite the busy street outside, there was never any noise that reached my room or bothered my rest.
