Charming little boutique hotel. We were checked in quickly and easily but on finding the toilet didn't work, asked for repairs. We were quickly shifted rooms without fuss. We had a lovely balcony room on the first floor. The rooms were large, great storage, and the airconditioning was blissful. The only fault is that the lock on the door to...

We booked a standard double. Online this stated flat screen TV, tea n coffee maker, free daily newspaper, rainfall shower head. The rooms also looked spacious. When we arrived they put us in a room right by the reception desk which was strange. We got in there and there was an old square fat tv with no remote. No kettle...

EXCELLENT: Room: We got a front room with a balcony. It was amazing. Nice decoration ("colonial style"), clean and spacious. Good air conditioner, hot water, free drinking water everyday! Location: perfect. Close to everything by foot or tuk tuk. Silent street at night. CAN IMPROVE: Breakfast: everything can be improved here. The non-Asian option are all with eggs. If you...

Conveniently located next to Bassac Lane with its diverse bars and delicious restaurants. We ate at Piccolo and Nameste India. Both had wonderful service and very good food. We paid $12 for a tuk tuk for an afternoon to the Killing Fields and S21 and $1 to get to the Riverside or Grand Palace. The hotel is very clean with...

Staff were friendly and for the price you can't complain. Wifi was non-existent in the rooms and the breakfast was a little basic but otherwise fine. Good location to get to everywhere around $2-3 dollar tuk-tuk ride to all the main sights/bars/restaurants or a 25 min walk.

All of the reviews are true. This is a gem hidden in Phnom Penh that offers a calm oasis in a nice area near pubs, restaurants and sights. The hotel is pretty modern with bright and airy rooms. There is fast and free wireless internet in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The television has a wide variety of stations...

Hotel is a peaceful oasis in the City & a short walk to many nice bars & restaurants. This is clearly an expat area. We also walked to Aeon mall from here, the museums and palace. Tuk tuk drivers hassled us all the way because they're unused to seeing people walking. Room clean & nicely decorated. 4 poster king size...

The hotel is just a stone´s throw from Tonle Bassac lane with its many bars and café. The location is very central. The hotel has undergone some renovation. It has a nice pool and a breakfast room on the roof top with a great view. Our room was a bit sad and lacked any view., but all and all, it...

Most enjoyable. Wonderful room, pool to cool down, everyone freshly friendly a place you know you will return to. It is central to the " right places to be" with great restaurants, pubs, local and travelers meeting spots. It comes with my fullest endorsement
