Awful ancient rooms dirty sheets with old stains of god knows what. How does this (and some other places in Phnom Penn ) achieve such a high rating!? It is next door to an all day all night Karaoke club and it backs right on to the bedroom of room 2a so forget sleeping even with earplugs. It isn't worth...

We stayed here for two nights and I'm afraid were disappointed. Yes, it's cheap but you can do much better for the same price in Phnom Penh. Felt the rooms didn't look like they did on the website, the netting round the beds was dirty and the drain in one bathroom didn't really drain properly so there was a pool...

We stayed here for one night in a standard room and were on the fourth floor (lots of stairs)! Lovely room with a beautiful bed, nice tv, coffee table and large bathroom, however the ceiling looked slightly grubby and there were a few small ants in our room. Aside from that it was very clean and the staff were friendly...

Stayed for 3 nights in a superior room on third floor with a balcony view. Paid $US28 per night including breakfast. Killer stairs so don't forget to take everything you need as you won't be going upstairs in you can help it. Great breakfast including hot chocolate and fresh baguette. Excellent female staff. Woke up the male guard each night...

This guest house is situated in a perfect location to explore Phnom Penh. It is in one of he more lively areas and is surround by bars and restaurants. It is as good a place as any to get to the Killing Fields. If you do get a Tuk Tuk outside the hotel don't pay more than $10. They will...

BJ's is in a fantastic location so close to the riverfront and loads of restaurants and nightlife. Rooms are a good size and clean. Steps are a killer if you are on the top floor but I needed the workout after all the food I ate. The ladies who run the guesthouse are so friendly and helpful. They helped us...

We stayed in the apartment on the first floor, it was spacious, bright and clean. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. The bedroom is quiet, air con works well. The balcony gives a good view of the street life without being too noisy. Only a block and a half from the riverfront.

The women who run BJ's house are wonderful, they made us feel right at home. Great location (albeit a tad noisy first thing in the morning). The bed was huge and comfortable and the breakfast was the best that we have had so far travelling in Cambodia. Only complaint is that our room didnt have a window - but it...

We stayed for three nights in a superior king room with window, and enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The women running the house were very sweet and the food was delicious. A nice quiet guesthouse located just a moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the riverside.
