I had a wonderful stay at You Khin House for 8 weeks in 2014 and again for 6 weeks in August and September, 2016. I loved my time here! The staff are extremely helpful, and best of all, all profits go towards supporting a local school, Seametrey Children's Village, which provides free, high-quality education to 180 primary school children. Tours...

I really love this place. The clean rooms, the art, the friendly staff, the fact that the money goes to the seametrey school. The owner herself, Muoy lives on the grounds along with volunteers of the school from all over the world which contributes to a great, family atmosphere. Ps: try the spring rolls in the resturant, some of the...

We stayed at You Khin during our world challenge expedition. There were 16 of us and we all loved it. The rooms were lovely and the guest house is lovely. Muoy is a very generous host and looked after us all.

You Khin offered a wonderful welcome, with friendly and helpful staff. My comfortable room - ac and ceiling fan - was spotless. I enjoyed breakfast but would perhaps have liked a little more choice. The guest house is very peaceful, despite ongoing building works to extend it at the front. I guess also because of the works, the little swimming...

You Khin House was our first introduction to Cambodia. It has been said that people are Cambodia's biggest treasure and our arrival at You Khin House was a first-hand experience of this. The warm welcome, genuine smiles and care for our comfort from Muoy and her staff were the best feature of our seven night stay. Ourspotlessly clean room was...

She is an amazing women and I recommend anyone in Cambodia to visit her and see the work she does. The location is peaceful by the lake and pool just what you need in the heat...

The You Khin guesthouse is a beautiful place to stay when in Phnom Penh. I first stayed here in January 2014, and returning this time was like coming home. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Channit was especially helpful. His English was excellent and he always had a smile. There is a kitchen that provides daily breakfast in the...

The staff at You Khin House are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating, you feel instantly at home! The rooms are fantastic, spacious and clean, with every thing you need. The location is great. By staying here you are also supporting a school for local children. I can't recommend this place enough.

I recently stayed at the You Khin for 5 weeks. The property offers a very competitive long term rate and its location was very good for my purposes. It is very much a family ran establishment and very pleasant to interact with everybody. It also supports a schools and charities in Cambodia. While I was there construction was ongoing on...
