Oh my god, this hotel was terrible. When we arrived, they were having some renovation in the whole building. It was dirty, and the room was not even finished! The bathroom was full of painting stains and the shower was not working... + the hotel REALLY needs to forget this idea of leaving dirty and used flip flops for the...

The modern hotel is close to the Aeon shopping mall and The White Building. We were upgraded and had a huge roadside room which you could hear the traffic. The room itself was clean and had all mod-cons including a balcony and bathtub. There was a plethora and maybe unnecessary lighting options. Wifi was great. There was not one but...

Average at best. The room was clean and decent with a large bathroom. However, the room smelled of smoke and the sheets and towels had tears in them. The location is near Aeon mall on the main road. The room I stayed in was facing the road and street noise could be heard but it wasn't too disturbing. Had breakfast...

The hotel is basic. Nothing fancy. Decent and clean. A place to sleep. It is average and you get what you pay for. The hotel is right on the main road and near Aeon mall. The staff is very nice and helpful. They definitely made the stay more pleasant.

We stayed here for three days and found the place clean with helpful staff. The hotel is central and not far from night market, central market etc. My biggest gripe with this place was the restaurant on site which is advertised on their site which serves asian/western cuisine which is misleading as I tried to order twice and was told...

Arrived here before our flight for two nights. On arrival we had booked a superior room and they upgraded up to a deluxe at the front of the building with a balcony. Lovely room but could be a little cleaner as found floor to be very dirty and dusty. All staff really friendly and willing to help. Lack of drinks...

I had to stay here a while ago and found it OK. The breakfast is from a set menu which isn't too bad. Get's a bit repetitive though. They sorted out some tickets that I needed before moving to Vietnam.

I dislike writing poor reviews but I want to write this review to inform others. Do not stay here! Very poor level of customer service and over priced rooms. We recently stayed at Diamond Palace 1 and for the price of the rooms alone this hotel is not worth the stay. Our room had no hot water and they had...
