This was my fourth visit to The Plantation, and I am happy to say it is still the nicest hotel in PP. Staff are friendly and professional - and abundant (whereas many other places in the capital seem to have reduced their staff numbers). They are quick to respond to reported problems - the shower fell off in my room,... More

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your great review and above all for your support. It is a great compliment to be mentioned as the nicest hotel in Phnom Penh, we sincerely appreciate it. I'm glad to read that you enjoy our breakfast and especially the egg stations. We are adding new items to our breakfast buffer very soon. We are... More

Very good hotel in the centre of PP. Near the Palace and good bars and restaurants. Perfect services. Good food. Beautiful swimmingpool. Rooms good. A little oase in the centre of PP. My tip for PP. Use a tuk tuk instead nog a regular taxi.

Very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel. The room was a little quirkiest with its open plan layout and may not be to everyone's taste but we found it very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely by the pool and plenty of choice was available with good quality. The pool was lovely and offered real respite after a tiring days sightseeing. Highly... More

There is much to like about the Plantation Urban Resort. First, the location is close to the riverfront, as well as shops, museums, palaces and temples. Second, though the rooms are small (and some items could be updated) and the balcony did not have a good view, the hotel is very clean and has a nice artistic feel to it... More

We only stayed one night at The Plantation. The location was perfect and we asked for a quiet room with view over the pool. The room was nice and functional, but the noise in the corridor and the room above were quite loud. Breakfast around the pool was pleasant, and we were happy with the value we got in the... More

A welcome respite to the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. Walking in from the street, I felt like I was entering a different world. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but as a previous poster mentioned, need a bit of management and direction, especially when dealing with non-standard requests. Rooms were nice and spacious but didn't feel overly luxurious to... More

Hotel has a modern and stylish feel with a relaxed ambiance. Buildings are interspersed with tropical gardens. The infinity pool is large and surrounded by gazebo lounges, chaise lounges, and palms. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Deluxe double room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking another building and garden. Good WiFi. Only downside: aircon was ineffective. It seemed to...
