Hotel is decent, poor lobby and somewhat clean. The rooms were dated and gloomy. At one point I thought it was haunted. Its bad breakfast cost USD10 per person and is equivalent to food for two persons in a mid range restaurant serving decent food. Apart from a Ms Sophany, the rest of the service staff were uninterested in our...

Visit to Cambodia was organized through Dial to Travel and Tours, Chennai. All aspects were taken care by the agency. The trip was enjoyable. Ground arrangements at Cambodia was done by M/S Asian Trails. We were taken care by the agency from the time we landed at Phnom Pehn airport until we left Siem Reap for Bangkok. Both the agencies...

Super hotel handy to everything. Good sized rooms, aircon, balcony overlooking interesting street life ...good breakfast.....swimming pool to cool off in...a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The upstairs open area is being refurbished at the moment so no watching the sunset....will be good when finished.

Lovely location in the heart of city looking over Tonle Sap river and it´s easy to wander around at night. The room was quite good and the breakfast was pretty ok. The upper rooms are much better with nice view

Colonial style hotel with large and clean room, good aircon, en suite bathroom including hot shower with good water pressure, outdoor pool, massage rooms, and free WIFI. downsides was street noise and hotel construction noise and disappointing breakfast buffet - please add labels to chaffing dishes and offer tea by the bag.

Very disappointed with our visit to this hotel certainly is not a "palace"! Construction noises constant from the roof above, plus noise from the local markets at set up. Our children were placed on a separate floor which was rectified once I complained, we were given our room but upon entering it was not ready. We ate at the restaurant...

We loved our visit to the Ohana, really nice pool area with loungers, a must to have a pool when it's hot. Great location with restaurants just out the front door. Breakfast was great, staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Very happy, would return.

We stayed here for one night as part of a cycle Vietnam and Cambodia Charity ride. After a long day on the bike in the heat, the pool was great. Rooms were generously sized, comfy bed, good air con, warm shower. It's in a good location to walk around in the evening. Would stay again.

We stayed here only one night as part of our Gate 1 trip. The room was nice, clean and fine for our visit. Located nicely on the Mekong River and near a local food shop that was fun to visit. We ate down the street and there are many places to choose from.
