We have now stayed here 3 times in the last 4 months. Good location for the old market, the river, restaurants and bars. Lots of shops close by too. You are greeted with a smile every time followed by a welcome drink. Breakfast is normally included and has a good selection (recommend Eggs Florentine!!). There is an Elevator to the rooms too. Rooms have a good power shower with hot water, a fridge, safe and WiFi. The rooms are looking a little tired and no power sockets near the bed (hence not 5 stars from me). But at normally $16-19, there isn’t many better. Recommended and will always stay here when visiting PP.

We really loved this hotel. The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Good restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff was lovely and the room was very nice. Soft bed and good shower. The first day we got free breakfast. Very good price per night. Highly recommended!

going back to this city after 26 years is quite exciting so I chose a hotel near the city center. I booked City Centre Hotel via booking.com. I requested for airport pick up but no one picked me up even if I agreed with their taxi cost of 15 USD. I needed a taxi because I am going to an important meeting that same day. After my meeting, a friend dropped me off at the hotel and I found out that the hotel is located in a very busy street near bars and shops. Anyhow, I already booked. The reception told me to pay extra amount which I just paid because it is already around 8 pm and I needed to sleep. The room is very small with no exhaust and windows can not be opened. The pillow cases were stained and somewhat smelly. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful which made it better even if the hotel is not that great. After walking around the area, I found out that there are better options within that vicinity. So next time I will tray another hotel.

I found myself in a smelly room with no windows. Understand it was only US$20, so the price can be considered reasonable for what has been offered. However, the pictures are completely misleading. They indicate that these are large and spacey rooms. I can assure you, there anything but. So if you’re prepared to stay in a cardboard box next to the city center and you’re on a low budget this hotel is for you. But don’t expect anything more.
