You will be OK staying in this hotel, but it will not impress you with its outdated decoration. The hotel is very big and so are the rooms. But it seems that you go back at least 25 years in time. Sleep was comfortable though. Breakfast is rather limited for a hotel of its size and class. WiFi is the...

Rizqun International Hotel Gadong, Brunei Darusallam is one of the best 5 stars hotel I ever stayed. It's an old hotel but still has luxurious elegant design. Though the location is approaching through the shopping complex but the atmosphere itself is very quiet. name it what you need and just walk out through your room door. Mall is only step...

Noticed this beautiful reception area of Rizgun International Hotel on 08/07/16 when walking towards the lower end of the ground floor inside Abdul Razak Complex. The Hotel Reception appearing very grand. I didn't ask about the room rates & sure the rates would be to high for my budget, however nice to look around with friendly reception staff happy to...

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and I believe that I will always cherish the experience. Room was quite big with elegant furniture/fixures, appropriate cooling, good wifi connection etc. However, for me the best part was giant sized glass wall/window which provided a panoramic sort of view. Mac D, Pizza Hut, medical store, movie theater (hotel is part of...

Big rooms too. Cleanliness is top notch. However, things could be improved with some proper management, capitalization, and training for staff. Check-in took about an hour although I was the only one checking in at the time. Firstly, the swipe cards wouldn't work in the lift and so couldn't get to my room. I had 3 pieces of luggage and...

Overall a good experience, despite some irritations. Rooms are excellent. The service good. Friendly etc. The facilities for meetings are excellent. The negatives - wi-fi is pretty poor. The gym (for reasons I do not understand) only opens at 7 am(???), and there was usually no towels there, drinking water empty, at least one machine needed fixing). No hot water...

When we reached the hotel, a big launching event for shawl was happening right in the middle of the lobby/reception. It is regretable that the conference/ballroom was not used. This can caused confusion for checking-in guests. Generally, the rooms are big and priced reasonably. The view is not great as the hotel is located in the city area. The plus...

I was disappointed in my stay at the Rizquin. For the price I paid, I expected free wifi to be included but it was not. The room was adequate, but the long halls made it seem like I had to walk a mile anytime I needed to get to or from the elevator during my stay.

One of the best hotels in Brunei. I usually stay on Premier floor. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Staff are polite, attentive & helpful. When the room wifi signal wasn't good a wifi router was quickly installed after complaining. Restaurant & Premier lounge are reasonable, and there are plenty of other eating choices nearby if you want something else....

On the outside, the Rizqun looks very elegant - huge open space in the lobby, lots of marble and ornate wood. Unfortunately the service available at the front desk can be described as leisurely at best - the staff are extremely slow to do anything and it almost felt like we were imposing on them at times. Changing money was...
