The hotel is ideally situated near the centre of the city, where you can find stunningly beautiful buildings. It is a modern, boutique hotel, which is clean, comfortable and efficiently run. The wifi in my room worked wonderfully on both devices. The people at Reception were extremely helpful and very enthusiastic about their city and country. Having visited the city,... More

If you have to stay in BSB then this is probably the best option. The walls are not that thick so we could hear our neighbours quite clearly. The bathrooms are small and the bed was not comfortable. We didn't have an option to move however because the hotel was busy and the first room they had given us was... More

The hotel is a bit expensive but it's been recently renovated. It's close to almost everything in the city. The staff is very nice and helping. The restaurant at the lobby serves very good local food and the price is reasonable. Rooms are comfy and modern. After all, everything is expensive in Brunei.

I was really surprised by The Brunei Hotel. It is said to be the oldest hotel in Brunei and it was the least expensive option in BSB for me. However you can see that the entire hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. Everything looks brand new and very modern! I stayed in the hotel on two occasions in March... More

good location, right near the waterfront and shopping areas. Hotel can offer a complimentry shuttle to the night market for cheap eats, but they dont advertise this at all. Rooms clean and modern, internet access. Rooms are not massive, but a 3rd single bed will fit (just) into a twin room. only bad things are the breakfast is very Asian(rice... More

Brunei Hotel was just simply amazing, good location, high quality facilities and very clean. The staffs are well trained and know how to handle international guests. Breakfast was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Nice aspect, perfect situation in the city, and close to the bus station. Big hall, but personal in the desk, not good professional (I asked for tourist information in the city, and they didn't say me that the mosques close for tourist the next day, thursday... but were open that wenesday). Market also in front, but not exciting. Also a... More

Centrally located, great service. Room was comfortable, free wifi with good service. Great value. Close to the river (where you can get the boat for a day tour over the rainforest), close to the mall. Room service was nice as well. Laundry is a bit expensive.

This is a centrally located fairly modern hotel. It is very close to the Omar Ali mosque which has the golden domes. Also nearby is the Royal Regalia museum. This hotel is very close to restaurants, shops and banks. Food is very cheap and delicious. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. As a muslim I was extremely... More

The hotel is very good and located in the heart of the city and waterfront. The rooms are very neat and spacious and the staff is very respectful. Stayed for 2 nights and had a very good experience. They buffet breakfast is OK with not much of variety to choose.
