Worst hotel I have been to in my life. The service is shocking, they have lizards on the walls, their food is cold and disgusting, they are unable to provide you with additional services. Do not go here, it's a nightmare!

When travelling on business, wifi is a must. This hotel has no in-room wifi. And to get connected, you will need to ask the receptionist for a wifi password, then be in the lobby or be around the lobby area. In addition, the wifi access is granted for 24 hours only. Which can be a deal breaker especially when you...

This is a good budget hotel. Super market , a small restaurant and a small township with more choices of mid-level restaurants, garment stores, grocery stores, and many more. you can kill 3 to 4 hrs of your time and not more. Slightly closer to the airport and away from city crowd/rush.Would suggest this hotel for short / transit trips.Just...

I'm writing this review mainly in defence of an under-rated property. Visiting Brunei is a unique experience. It is NOT for everyone. There is very little to do. Still, one has to stay someplace. This property certainly fills the bill. It is adequate in all respects. Its singular plus feature is the positive attitude and helpful nature of the staff!...

The Airline chose the hotel for me so I really didn't have a choice at that time. Their location is good, transportation is convenient and it is also close to restaurants and grocery shops. Unfortunately, internet connection is only available at the lobby and my room was quiet dark but it was big and clean. Hotel staffs are helpful and...

Whilst the reviews of this hotel were not so good we still choose this hotel for transit to have a shower and a rest for a few hours as we had about a 5 hr layover between flights . I didnt really want to hang around the airport. This hotel was chosen because they were one of the only hotels...

stay this hotel for 2 weeks due to business and it was booked earlier with no choice to change or refund. The room is pretty dark even with lights on. Stains all over in room, bedsheet, blankets, toiets. toilet was pretty run down. Location wise, it has a local fast food downstairs + a supermarket to get your daily needs....

Stayed a few nights here as we are having some logistic problems. About 10 mins to the airport and there is a fast food connected together with a supermarket. A few restaurants are just nearby but most are closed at 10pm. Room is nice and clean. But the wifi is only avail at the lobby. Good for budget travelers. Public...

Indeed, the room is very comfy to stay in along with a good rate offered. But, the customer service from the receptionist need a huge improvement and hope the management and human resources should take a look in this matter seriously in order to attract more customer and building up good image of the hotel itself. During my check-in, i...

I stayed at the GC, Bandar Seri Begawan for 6 nights in April 2011. The location is OK, there is a shopping precinct nearby with a well stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, a few restaurants and fast food outlets, but be warned Brunei is a dry country, there are no bars and everything shuts at around 9 PM !!! The hotel...
