We stayed here the two previous nights. Difficult to find someone at the reception. Wifi doesn't work. Swimming pool always closed (to us they said problems with filter, to others they said the manager decides when it opens), airco didn't work at female hostel, beds pushed against eachother,... Not a nice place to stay! There was nobody to clean the...

Very empty. Very central location. Very affordable. Market only 400 metres down the road for a freshly cooked cheap lunch, and close to major sites. Only major problem was that there was almost no one there for me to pay. We were lucky to get rooms, and the staff were rarely around to actually make a payment. But if you...

Yes it is simple, but a super price, perfect location, everything you need, and clean. It was almost empty, and I had no trouble extending my stay. There was always some staff member available. We could even more room when our aircon was not working. There was no wifi, but cafes nearby where you get free wifi to plan your...

Cheapest place to stay in BSB. Walking distance to town and bus station. Good budget place for backpacker travellers. Nothing much to aspects, only to rest and refreshing. Overall it's a nice cheap place to stay.

From the airport, we can take public bus (east route/laluan timur) price: 1dollar to this pusat belia. Public bus area located outside near the departure hall. I think all bus can take us to the bsb terminal, but only east route bus go to pusat belia.

Pusat Belia is actually the only budget accommodation in BSB, and costed me and my friends only BN$10 per pax. Even the staff commented that the next cheapest accommodation in BSB would cost BN$20.. It's a great deal for travellers on tight budget. It's walking distance from the bus and taxi station, so transportation would be easy too. They're open...

Reception hours are from 8-12 and 2-4.30. If you get there outside of these hours there will be no one to check you in! No wifi. Another budget option is Joy Downtown Rest Station, next to Piccolo Cafe (expensive but good and free wifi) on Jalan McArthur, at B$20 a night (not on google maps) with wifi and a friend...

Pusat Belia is ideal for backpackers. There is no other place as cheap as this in BSB. It's clean, safe and short distance from the city centre. Even though it's quite huge booking in advance is recommended because the place hosts schools (or other big groups) quite often. Note that there is male and female section.
