We stayed for 2 nights and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the Filipino employees of Palm Garden Hotel and The Energy Kitchen. Healthy and delicious food at the Energy Kitchen. Minutes away from Seri Qlap Mall where Jollibee is. Some 10 minute walk to Hua Ho Department Store. Clean and comfy bed. Downside is I can smell... More

We previously lived in Brunei. We came back for a visit. The reception was pleasant. No hiccups, except that we were not given any breakfast coupons which we were asked to present at the restaurant the next morning when we went for our breakfast. Wifi in the room was almost non-existent we could only get connection in the lobby. The... More

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was all worth it. The staff including the drivers were very very helpful. Driver Jong was extra helpful as he offered a ride in his own car because the hotel van was not available. It is very difficult to get a ride to Brunei so we really really appreciate his gesture. Our trip was made by Mibs. Excellent front desk staff who guided us to what to do and see. Rooms are okay but the salon, pool, spa, healthy restaurant, and gym made up for it all. Expect an individual fridge in each room and a safe and clean stay. Walking distance to a mjr mosque and a small mall and... More

We arrived here early morning and were warmly greeted and looked after. There are a lot of Philippine staff here and they are very good at customer service. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport if you arrange it. There are many local restaurants nearby so this would be a good choice for a few days.... More

The hotel is kind of half way between the airport and city centre. I was on a 19 hour lay-over so it was perfectly placed for me. The friendly staff were able to arrange a late check-out of the hotel and they offer a shuttle service to the city centre.

The hotel has the best staff! They were all very friendly and accomodating. Everyone was willing to help and they would gladly assist you with your queries. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the airport as well as to the city and nearby tourist spots. Rooms were spacious, the hotel's location is accessible, and the free... More

Party going on until 3.30am!! Only knew about it, when we returned to hotel at midnite after a function. Staff should have informed earlier about the party when we checked in and/or arrange a room not directly below. Called the reception repeated times, told will be finished at 2am! But it didnt!!
