We were in Armenia for the first time. Zina's flat is ideally located - central to everything in the city. Zina's knowledge on Armenian's history added so much insight - giving our visit more depth. She made an amazing Armenian meal for us and provided a great itinerary for the duration of our stay!! Would highly recommend staying here -... More

I wanted to visit Yerevan and do the sites. I chose this B&B as it was near the center with good access. Zina was a charming and welcoming host. She provided an excellent Armenian meal. She told good stories about her life and that of her family and their life experiences. I would recommend her home.

When I chose Zina's B&B for my stay in May, I was looking for a small quiet home stay in the centre of Yerevan, but with not too many guests, and that's exactly what I found. Zina has one spacious clean guest room which has two comfortable beds, chairs, a table and a wardrobe. Compared with other home stays I've... More

Hi, we said 2 nights at zina's on 5th&6th of Mai 2012. She had no problem with our late arrival (5am), let us in, and made sure we were well before she went back to sleep. The day after we cooked us a very simple but fresh Armenian breakfast. You want to stay alone, she doesn't bother you. You want... More

At Zina's place it's like to be at home. She welcomes you with her beautiful and lovable smile and it's home! The place is a very simple accomodation but very clean and warm. If you arrive during the night, the taxi driver will take directly to Zina's address: it will be very dark and there is no bell to ring... More

Zina she is a caring individual who will dote on you, tell you stories of her life, or give you space and privacy. The bed is extremely comfortable and the hot shower is a good one. The breakfasts are delicious and the location can't be beat. I recommend Zina’s without hesitation if you want a quiet, convenient place to stay... More
